Kids Wheel Throwing Pottery Class, Ages 6 - 11

Choose 1 person or 2 people when making an appointment. 

Introduce your child to the exciting world of pottery with our Kids Wheel Throwing Pottery class, designed for 1 or 2 kids. In this one-hour session, children will learn the basics of working with a pottery wheel and create two unique pieces: a bowl and a mug, complete with a handle.

After shaping their creations on the wheel, kids will have the opportunity to decorate their pieces, adding a personal touch. We will fire just 2 pieces per participant, ensuring they have a finished product to be proud of.

Glazing:

At the end of the session, you will choose a color for your piece. We will then glaze and fire it. Your piece will be ready for pick-up within three weeks of the class.

- Wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty
- Closed toe shoes recommended
- Trim down nails as having long nails do interfere with the process and can make the process difficult
- Bring your own apron
- Class fees cover everything from instruction to clay, glaze, firing, and use of studio tools

This small business runs solely on appointment based scheduling. Thus, your mindfulness and consideration of our time and resources is greatly appreciated.

Rescheduling
Lessons, classes, and drop-in time may be rescheduled one (1) time, free of charge, but must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled session. 

​Cancellations
Lessons, classes, and drop-in time may be canceled for a full refund up until 1 week prior to the scheduled session. 
For cancellations made within 1 week of the session, there is a fee equal to 50% of the cost of the original booking. 

Workshop tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.​

Party Modifications
No refunds will be made for those in your party unable to attend. However, if desired, a voucher can be provided for a future communal session.
